Devvista is a software development and growth agency that builds custom software and Odoo systems for businesses in Saudi Arabia, working remotely in Arabic and English with no office in the Kingdom. The projects that go well start by settling the rules around the software: Arabic invoices, ZATCA e-invoicing, personal data, hosting and payments.
This page lists what we build, the Saudi rules worth settling first, how pricing works and where to go next.
What Devvista builds for Saudi businesses
We build business software and connect it to the systems Saudi companies already run. The work below is what the pages on this site cover in detail.
- Custom software: web platforms, internal tools, customer portals, mobile apps and automation, with Arabic and English screens.
- Odoo and ZATCA e-invoicing: setting up Odoo's Saudi modules, onboarding each sales journal and fixing the data that gets invoices rejected.
- Odoo implementation: ERP rollouts, custom modules, data migration and training.
- AI and automation: assistants and workflows that take over repeated manual steps.

Saudi rules worth settling before a project starts
Five rules decide the scope of most Saudi software projects. We list them here so you can raise them with any supplier, and the pages linked above explain each in full.
| Rule | What it affects | Source |
|---|---|---|
| Invoices in Arabic | Printed tax invoices and the data behind them | Odoo Saudi documentation |
| ZATCA e-invoicing, phase two | Invoice-issuing systems need a Fatoora connection | ZATCA roll-out phases |
| Personal Data Protection Law | Who may see personal records, and how people can ask for deletion | Latham & Watkins |
| NCA cybersecurity controls | Cloud and hosting choices for government-linked customers | NCA ECC-2:2024 |
| mada payments | Gateway choice for online checkout | Settled in the scoping call |
Pages for Saudi Arabia
| Page | Read it if |
|---|---|
| Software development company for Saudi businesses | You need custom software, an app or an automation built |
| Odoo ZATCA e-invoicing | You run Odoo and your invoices must reach ZATCA |
| الصفحة الرئيسية بالعربية | You prefer to read in Arabic |
How pricing works
Fixed-price projects run from $500 up to $100,000, depending on how complex the build is. If you prefer to pay by the hour, rates run from $10 to $100 an hour, set by the kind of developer and how senior they are. A short call gives you a plan in working days and a number you can compare. Our cost guide explains what moves that number.
How a project runs when we work remotely
We deliver in one- to two-week cycles, each ending with a video demo you can react to. Code repositories and hosting are registered to your company from the first day, so access stays with you if we part ways. We have no Saudi office, and every first conversation starts with that fact.
Who this suits, and who it does not
It suits Saudi companies that know which process hurts and want it fixed: a team drowning in spreadsheets, an invoicing system that must meet ZATCA, or a customer app that does not exist yet. It does not suit a project that needs staff on site every week, or a buyer who wants a fixed price before anyone has described the problem.
Where to go next
Start with the page that matches your problem: custom software or Odoo e-invoicing. For the UAE, see our UAE page, and for examples of finished work read the case studies.
