Designed and implemented a custom AI-based chatbot integrated with OpenAI's LLM, specifically trained on the radiology department's data for a hospital. This solution provides an intelligent, context-aware interface to facilitate seamless interaction and query resolution for users. The system includes three distinct portals for comprehensive management and usability: - Master Portal: Enables management of admins and users, providing centralized control over system operations. - Admin Portal: Allows admins to upload files, assign them to specific users, and manage data access. - User Portal: Designed for end-users to query and retrieve insights based on the files assigned to them, ensuring personalized and secure access. The chatbot leverages advanced NLP techniques using libraries like SpaCy, OpenAI, and Pandas to deliver precise, contextually relevant responses. Deployed in a hospital setting, this AI-powered tool enhances productivity, streamlines data access, and supports informed decision-making in radiology workflows.
